Angela the General Manager helped us check in earlier, great since we had a toddler in tow. Jessica in the breakfast area was fantastic, she even gave my grand daughter a to-go item and remembered her name, kids love that stuff.

It wasn't the cheapest stay but definitely okay.

The breakfasts for the items available. The room I had was a nice size and well-equipped with the bedroom separate from the living area and the staff was excellent. The hotel had indeed a good location in the middle of jackson.

There was an exceptionally clean and brand-new room with kitchen. The location was marvellous and comfy - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. All the services were excellent.

Just a good match for short visits in Mansfield with all in all great value for money. The kitchenette in my room was well-appointed and very convenient for quick meals. Future visitors should keep an eye on the sign for the entrance road, it's a bit tricky to find.

Wonderful Family Getaway with Nice Moments!

The well-equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy, and the nearby restaurants provided great dining options. A special treat was enjoying the breakfast omelets. Just a note, check the pool schedule to avoid surprises.

My kids wished the breakfast options were more inclusive for families, especially with healthier protein choices.

Check-in was quick, thanks to the friendly staff making it easy. The room felt spacious, with a full kitchen area and a comfortable king bed. The TV had great programming, nice for a relaxing evening. Enjoyed the affordable guest laundry and the indoor pool area, though it could use clearer communication about pool cleaning schedules since we had to step out while they checked it. The breakfast items were satisfactory, providing some decent grab-and-go options. The breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours was nice. Walls were a bit thin, allowing outside noise into the room, difficult to sleep at times.

Angela, the General Manager, made our arrival smooth and even accommodated us earlier than expected, a lifesaver with a toddler in tow. The outdoor patio area was perfect for evening gatherings, and I loved chilling by the fire pits while enjoying a well-deserved glass of champagne 🎉

Clean rooms and a nice kitchenette. The breakfast area felt overcrowded and limited in options. Great location near shops and dining. Available bicycle rental makes it easy to explore the area.

The one-bedroom suite had a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and fridge. The indoor pool was clean with comfy sun loungers around. The fitness center was well-equipped. The breakfast had fresh options, and the staff, especially Angela, were super helpful. Definitely a homey place for families!

You can't go wrong with the spicy ribs from nearby TGI Fridays- a culinary find! The frostiness of the nearby Outback Steakhouse's bloomin' onion only added a delicious crunch to the local feast. Plus, Angela the General Manager was super helpful getting us settled in early.

That said, the cramped breakfast area and limited hours left much to be desired. Plus, waiting for the pool cleaning on a Saturday felt a bit bum, especially for my granddaughter who was ready to make a splash.

The check-in process was smooth and the suite was surprisingly clean and well-equipped with a comfy bed. It was unfortunate that the pool was closed during my stay and some cleanliness issues were present. It was a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement.

I absolutely loved staying here! the hotel is stunning and located right in the heart of the city. the staff members were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. A wonderful experience overall!
